- Focus on clean, stable entries and balanced transitions to take the fight to the floor safely. Prioritize control and landing in dominant positions over high-risk, explosive throws.

TOP POSITION
- Master heavy pressure and precise balance to merge tight guard passing with suffocating control. Seamlessly flow from the pass into dominant finishes using constant top-side stability.

BOTTOM POSITION
- Utilize diverse guards to off-balance opponents and force reactions for immediate sweeps or submissions. Create relentless pressure from underneath by actively attacking rather than just holding position.

ESCAPES & SELF-DEFENSE
- Become impossible to pin or submit by mastering escapes and survival under pressure. Build elite self-defense skills that transform desperate defensive moments into powerful offensive counters.
TRADITIONAL GI VS. MODERN NO-GI
The Gi provides a technical, leverage-based challenge with grips and anchors, while No-Gi training emphasizes levers, wedges and fulcrums for control, various 2 on 1 grips and overhooks and underhooks that lead to submission holds.Â

EXPERIENCE LEVEL
Best fit for students with some experience as this class tends to be a little more advanced but all students are welcome and encouraged to take as many classes as possible. Â
